Returns

Items may be returned in their original, unused condition within five days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Nationwide Orders

Customers outside our local delivery area are responsible for return-shipping costs. Once the item is received and confirmed to be in its original, unused condition, we will issue a full refund of the item’s purchase price.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Local Orders

For orders delivered within the Oklahoma City metro, we can arrange to pick up your return. A 10% pickup and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

You can avoid this fee by returning the item to us in the West Edmond area near ZIP code 73012. Returns must be arranged in advance because we do not operate a retail storefront.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Items that have been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the five-day return period may not qualify for a refund.

If your original order included a shipping or local-delivery charge, that charge will not be refunded.
