• Use of improper tools or unsafe procedures

• Modification, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance

• Installation on an incompatible, damaged or improperly configured garage door system

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from a proven product defect or other responsibility imposed by applicable law.
