Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

Garage Door Parts OKC offers:

  • Same-day local delivery throughout the Oklahoma City metro area
  • Nationwide shipping to all addresses within the contiguous 48 United States
  • Free local delivery and free nationwide shipping on orders over $50

Same-Day Local Delivery (OKC Only)

Customers within our Oklahoma City metro delivery area can complete their entire purchase online and have their order delivered directly to their door.

How Local Delivery Works

  1. Complete checkout online by 6:00 p.m. Select your items, enter your local delivery address, and submit your order. Local delivery is free on orders over $50. Any delivery charge for smaller orders will be shown during checkout.
  2. We will gather your items and assign a driver. You will receive a text update when your order is being prepared for local delivery.
  3. Your order will be delivered the same day. Most local orders arrive within approximately two hours. We will send a text message and email when the delivery has been completed.
  4. Ordering after 6:00 p.m.? Orders placed after the cutoff will generally be delivered the following day.

Same-day delivery is available seven days a week within the eligible ZIP codes listed below. Unexpected weather, unusually high order volume, product availability, or other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.

We do not operate a traditional retail storefront. However, pickup may be arranged in the West Edmond area near ZIP code 73012.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship garage door parts throughout the contiguous 48 United States. Orders are shipped out either the same or next business day. Cut off time for expedited services is 1pm central. For example, selecting Overnight shipping service at 3pm would likely mean the order won't arrive until the day after tomorrow.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Any applicable shipping charge for orders of $50 or less will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Processing and Tracking

After your order is placed:

  1. You will receive an email confirming your order.
  2. We will gather and prepare your items for shipment.
  3. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

At this time, nationwide shipping is available only within the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. 

Oversized Parts: Items longer than four feet can be extremely expensive to ship, so we generally do not recommend ordering them outside the Oklahoma City metro area. Garage door springs are not considered oversized and are not affected by these higher shipping costs. Springs ship for free.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address during checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched for local delivery, we may be unable to change its destination. Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply if an order must be redirected or resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your tracking information shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with other members of your household before contacting us.

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing an item, contact us promptly. Please retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials and provide photographs when possible so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Sales Tax

Per regulations, we only collect sales tax when your delivery or shipping address is in the state of Oklahoma.
